Granite Hill is the perfect home base for your weekend adventures, offering the best of both worlds—you can dive into the excitement of local events or retreat to the peace and quiet of nature. This weekend, join Gettysburg in honoring its rich history with the Gettysburg Remembrance Day Parade and the Annual Remembrance Illumination, both paying tribute to the soldiers and civilians of the American Civil War. For more information on these events, including any updates, visit Destination Gettysburg’s Events and Safe Travel pages or check out the GNMP Dedication Day page. Whether you’re soaking in the local history or simply enjoying the peaceful charm of Granite Hill, it’s sure to be a weekend full of inspiration and holiday cheer.

Please also note that when temperatures drop below freezing, we will need to disconnect water hoses and temporarily shut down the water system to prevent pipes from freezing. The bathhouses and water system will be fully shut down as required by the weather, but don’t worry, we’ll make sure you’re comfortable during your stay! Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
