Granite Hill offers RV Sites equipped with Electric, Water, Sewer, and 20/30/50 AMP Electric, Tent Sites, Rustic Cabins, and Bed & Breakfast Rooms in the Farmhouse. Nightly rates vary depending on the site selected, the amenities and the dates of the reservation. See the map for details on amenities available at each site.
- Rates: RV Sites: $64-$106+; Tent Sites: $53-$74+;Cabin: $85-$106+;B&B:$106-$148+
- Rates are based 2 adults, 2 children, 2 cars, and 2 dogs.
- Maximum site occupancy is 8 people.
- 1 RV and 1 tent -or- 2 tents permitted per site.
- Groups of minors or students not permitted without proper adult supervision.
- Check-In 3:00 PM for all campsites and rental units.
- Check-Out: 12:00 PM for rentals and 2:00 PM for campsites.
Taxes and Other Charges
- Campsite Tax: 7.9%
- Cabin Tax: 11%
- Additional Adult (18+): $12/night. Additional Child (4-17): $7/night
- Day Guests (8AM – 10PM): $7/ person Special Events: $10/person

Discounts
- Discounts: 10% for AAA, AARP, Good Sam, Active Military and Veterans.
- Group discounts available for 20+ camping units.
- Frequent Camper Club Card: Camp 10 nights, get 1 night free.
- Discounts not valid on group rates, holidays, weekly rates, special events or bluegrass reservations.
- Only one discount per visit.
Additional Services
- Trailer Storage: $70/month or $700/year (prepaid) + $100 security deposit + $3.50 monthly fee
- Tractor Pull: $25 each way with 48-hour notice / $35 for emergency pull (includes a pull to or from the storage lot or parking lot)
- Use of Dump Station on Arrival: $20 / Off-road Users: $40
- Honeypot: $20 scheduled / $30 unscheduled
- Onsite Storage: Camp consecutive weekends and leave camper onsite for $10 without electric or $20 with electric. (No A/C’s or electric heaters.) Not available on B1-B10A.
Group Camping
- 2025 Group Rate: $12 per person, per night (includes 2 vehicles)
- Additional Vehicles $5 per car, per night.
- 50% deposit required at the time of reservation. Balance due 30 days in advance.
- Rate valid for camping in the Berger Hill Group Tenting Area only.
- Regular rates apply for groups camping on hookup sites or in other tenting areas.
- Black out dates apply. Call for details.
Reservation Payment & Fees
- Full payment required at the time of reservation. (Cash, Credit & Debit Cards)
- A 2.9% processing fee applies to all credit card charges (non-refundable).
- A reservation fee of $3.50 is assessed per reservation (non-refundable).
- Reservations are encouraged for stays of 2 or more nights.
- Special rates apply for Seasonal Sites, Bluegrass Festivals & Wine Festival. Tickets Required for festivals.
- Reservations for specific sites are accepted, but substitutions may be made if necessary.
- If you choose to lock your site a $5 lock fee is assessed.
Cancellation Policy & Refunds
- 14 days’ notice required for a refund, less a $15 cancellation fee.
- 2.9% credit card processing fee and $3.50 reservation fees are strictly non-refundable.
- 13 days or fewer notice: NO REFUND, NO RESCHEDULE.
- Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require full payment at the time of reservation and are strictly non-refundable.
- Deposits are not transferable to other reservations
- No refunds for weather, illness, work schedules, early departure, or other unforeseen situations; our cancellation policy applies in all cases.
- Deposit forfeited for non-arrival on the scheduled date.
- No refunds for eviction.
Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome, but must be kept on a leash or contained in your camper at all times.
- Pets may not be left unattended at campsites.
- Pets are not permitted in rental units or any campground buildings.
- Pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of properly in garbage receptacles.
- Dog owners are invited to visit Ivy’s Pet Paradise Dog Park (located adjacent to the adventure golf course), which offers obstacles and a waste station.
- Vicious breeds or pets of any kind are not permitted.
RATES, FEES, DISCOUNTS, SPECIALS, AND OTHER CHARGES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. EXISTING RESERVATIONS WILL BE UDATED ACCORDINGLY.
