I hereby release and agree to hold harmless Granite Hill and all of its managers, owners, operators, directors, representatives, agents, vendors, contractors, shareholders and employees of all of them, of and from all liability, loss, claims, and demand that may accrue from any loss, damage or injury including death to my person or any and all persons in our group or property in any way resulting from or arising in connection with this event, and whether arising while engaged in this activity or in practice or preparation thereof or while upon entering or departing from said premise, from any cause whatsoever. I fully acknowledge that there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY AND THAT CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AND SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES WHILE SWIMMING OR WHILE IN THE POOL AREA. I know the risk and danger to our persons and property while upon said premises or while participating or assisting in this event voluntarily and in reliance upon my own judgment and ability, and I thereby assume all risk for loss, damage or injury to our property (including death) to myself and any other participant, from any cause whatsoever. I understand registration is required to participate in these events.
