Granite Hill Camping Resort is located on Route 116, just 6 miles west of historic Gettysburg. There are several routes that will get you to Granite Hill Camping Resort, but following your GPS may not be the best way. We do not recommend going through the town of Gettysburg with any kind of RV.
Before you reach Gettysburg, get on Hwy 15 South. Take 15 South to the Steinwehr Ave. exit. Go right off the exit and take the first left onto Bullfrog Road. This is a small country road, but keeps you out of traffic. Follow this road about 4 miles. At the third stop sign, turn right onto Fairfield Road. The Resort is about 2 miles on the right.
About 18 miles east of Chambersburg, look for the blinking light in Cashtown. You will follow the directional signs to Fairfield. Take a right off of 30. At the dead end, make a left then an immediate right onto Orrtanna Road. At the first stop sign, bear right onto Carrolls Tract Road, which will end in Fairfield. Turn left onto Fairfield Road. Resort is about 3 miles on right.
Just before crossing into Pennsylvania, take the Emmitsburg exit for Route 140. Turn left onto 140 west and cross over the highway. Proceed through the town of Emmitsburg. After crossing into Pennsylvania, go about 3 miles and look for Route 116. Turn right onto 116 west. Granite Hill is 7 miles on the right.
Take 15 South to the Steinwehr Ave. exit. Go right off the exit and take the first left onto Bullfrog Road. This is a small country road, but keeps you out of traffic. Follow this road about 4 miles. At the third stop sign, turn right onto Fairfield Road. The Resort is about 2 miles on the right.
Take 795 to 140 west. Take 140 West through Westminster and the town of Emmitsburg. About 2 miles after crossing into Pennsylvania, turn right onto 116 West. Granite Hill is 7 miles on the right.
