Granite Hill’s 53rd season is almost here, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, hard-working individuals to join our team! RED SHED CAFÉ – Join Our Fun & Dynamic Team!
Looking for a fun work atmosphere with flexible hours? The Red Shed Café is the perfect place for you! Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream, shakes, floats, and a great selection of beer and wine, we cater to both camping guests and the general public. After a fantastic 2024 season, we’re excited to bring on energetic, dependable, and hardworking staff members for 2025.
We’re currently hiring for weekend part-time positions in the spring and fall, as well as full-time summer positions. Weekends and evenings are required. Applicants must be 16+ for beer and wine sales (due to liquor control regulations), and 18+ to serve alcohol. Have food service experience and a passion for organization? We’re also looking for a manager to lead the team—if you’re ready to take on this responsibility, we’d love to hear from you!
GUEST SERVICES – Be the First to Make an Impact!
Our Front Desk Guest Services Representatives are the friendly faces that greet guests, offering exceptional customer service with a smile. They assist with camping reservations, sell bluegrass tickets, and provide helpful information about Gettysburg and the surrounding areas. As one of the first points of contact, they set the tone for a positive guest experience.
We’re looking for individuals who are computer literate, great with people, and accurate with money. Evening and weekend shifts are required. Full-time and part-time positions are available for those 16 and older. If you’re enthusiastic, patient, and ready to help create unforgettable guest experiences, we’d love to have you on our team!
SHIFT SUPERVISORS – Lead the Way to Excellence!
As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll take on all the responsibilities of our staff while stepping into a leadership role. Promoted from within, Shift Supervisors are expected to motivate and guide their team toward achieving excellence in every task. ADVENTURE GOLF AND BOAT ATTENDANT – Start Your Journey Here!

As an attendant, you’ll greet customers, handle cashless transactions, and ensure the golf course stays clean and welcoming. If you dream of portraying your favorite professor or student during our magical Wizards Weekend (held every third weekend in September), we want to hear from you! May and August mean one thing at Granite Hill – Bluegrass Festival time! We’re looking for enthusiastic temporary staff to help with ticketing, front gate, parking, food services, merchandise sales, and more during our exciting festival weekends. FACILITIES MAINTENANCE CREW – Keep Granite Hill Beautiful!
Our maintenance crew plays a vital role in ensuring the resort facilities are always in top shape. From custodial duties to maintaining the campground, adventure golf, swimming pool, bathhouses, dog park, fishing pond, boating lake, and all resort buildings and equipment, you’ll help keep everything looking its best.
We’re looking for individuals with experience using mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, and hand tools. This job involves extensive outdoor work in all weather conditions, and nights and weekends are required. Must be 18+ to apply. HOUSEKEEPING STAFF – Keep Granite Hill Sparkling!
As a Housekeeper at Granite Hill, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our cabins, bathhouses, and resort buildings. From cleaning to light maintenance, your work ensures that guests have a pleasant and welcoming experience. A general knowledge of the resort and a friendly attitude are essential when interacting with guests and collaborating with your team. Weekends and evenings are required. Must be 16+ to apply.
